    SERVICES

Person-Centered Therapy offers a compassionate space—a relationship rooted in respect and acceptance—where your feelings can unfold and be fully heard. I can also blend in other approaches if they help—and I’ll always follow your lead.

Services offered are designed to support individuals, couples, and multi‑partner constellations across all relationship structures. Whether you’re seeking support on your own, in a monogamous partnership, exploring non‑monogamy, or part of a polyamorous relationship network, these services honour your values, identities, and lived experiences. You’ll find a supportive space to navigate connection in its many forms, with a focus on communication, clarity, and care that fits the relationships you’re actually in—not the ones you’re told you “should” have.
